- Q: How do I log in?
- A: At the bottom right corner of every page there is a log in hyperlink option. Or just click here.
- Q: How do I register?
- A: Nearly the same way as logging in. Click the log in hyperlink. A new page should appear. Below the username and password boxes is a Register hyperlink. Or just click here.
- Q: Why do Post’s show up at the bottom of the screen?
- A: You are probably running the browser Windows Explorer 6. Either upgrade your browser or get a new one like Firefox.
- Q: Why can’t I see the church calendar?
- A: You are either not logged in or you do not have permissions. It is the administrator’s responsibility to individually assign permissions. The calendar option will appear, in between the ‘ministries’ and ‘contact us’ page shortcuts, once the user has been granted access (usually within 30 minutes after the user has created a Login).
- Q: What do I gain by logging in?
- A: Access to the church calendar. Access to extra information pertaining to the Posts (such as location data). Ability to post comments.
- Q: How can I sync events on the church calendar to my calendar?
- A: If you are using google calendar the process is as follows: Go to the church calendar and click on the event you want to include on your calendar > select “copy to my calendar” > if you are not logged in to your google calendar you should be prompted to do so > the event details should then be displayed for your approval or denial > Make sure if you are copying a recuring event that you change the recurring option accordingly.
